Our commitment
In2DepthNIL is built with privacy first. Because many of the athletes we work with are high-school students and minors, we treat all personal information with the highest level of care and only collect what we need to provide our services.
Information we collect
When you submit an application, contact form, sponsorship inquiry, or newsletter signup, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, sport, school, graduation year, social handles, and any message or goals you share.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to evaluate applications, respond to inquiries, deliver our branding and NIL services, and — if you opt in — send you updates. We do not sell your data.
How it is stored & protected
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/SSL connections and stored in a secure, access-controlled database that is backed up regularly. Access to applicant information is restricted to authorized administrators only, protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
Minors
We encourage parents and guardians to be involved in the branding process. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian. Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a minor’s information at any time.
Third parties
We do not share applicant information with third parties without permission, except trusted service providers (such as our email delivery provider) strictly necessary to operate the site.
Your rights
You may request that we delete or export your personal information at any time by contacting us at garrett@in2depthnil.com. We honor deletion requests promptly.
Search engines
Applicant and administrator data is never exposed publicly and is explicitly blocked from search engine indexing.
